AN EXCERPT-

When parents watch their child take baby steps, little do they know that in a few years, it will seem like time has whizzed past and they will be watching their child leave the family home. The reason may be further education, a job in another city or even marriage. After spending years of one’s life nurturing, protecting and then preparing one’s child for life, parents feel an intense sense of loss and loneliness, when the last of their offspring does leave and they have an empty home.
